Toxcynn is a high energy alternative metal band based out of Chicago. The music is a combination of thrash and doom metal with hints of punk and horror. The current lineup is Cynthia "Raven" (vocals), Mark (guitars) and Peyton (drums).

Peyton

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Peyton has always had a love for music and a special interest in the rhythm. Raised on some classic rock legends like Phil Collins, Bonham, and Stewart Copeland, he turned to a love of punk and metal, with Travis Barker, Tre Cool, The Rev, and II guiding his drumming path. Peyton has been a performer since he was young, so he has always felt right at home on stage.

Raven "Cynthia"

Born and raised in Chicago. With a propensity for music at a young age. Developed her vocal and instrumental skills overtime. Initially partaking in several music programs aimed at lower income communities. Eventually cultivating her own unique sound throughout years of experience. 

Mark Sobot

Born in Chicago, Mark's love for metal music started at a young age. Guitarists like Randy Rhodes, Angus Young, Jimmy Page, Tony Iommi, Eddie Van Halen and Slash drove him to play guitar. Mark currently owns a recording studio in Chicago Called "Sound Vault Studios." He helps his band Toxcynn produce and develop their sound at SVS. Mark is here to bring the party back to Chicago with the exception of Sunday off so he can jam on his acoustic guitars.
