Toxcynn is a high energy alternative metal band based out of Chicago. The music is a combination of thrash and doom metal with hints of punk and horror. The current lineup is Cynthia "Raven" (vocals), Mark (guitars), Robert (drums) and Adrian (bass).

Adrian Estrada

Adrian's musical journey began at a young age moving from playing Guitar Hero on his playstation to the guitar on a cheap 10 watt solid state Marshall amp after receiving his first Fender Squire Stratocaster for his 13th birthday. His passion then extended to the bass, inspired by legends like Dee Dee Ramone, Paul McCartney, David Ellefson, Lemmy Kilmister, Geezer Butler, Glen Matlock, Steve Harris, Duff McKagen and Brian Wilson. His preferred choice of bass guitars are Fender P basses paired with Ampeg bass amps. Adrian also is a songwriter and writes songs in genres like metal, punk, power pop, and folk rock. His favorite bands include Metallica, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, Slayer, Alice In Chains, Sex Pistols, Ramones, Nirvana, and The Beatles.

Rob is a Chicago born rat. All things considered, he can play to a click track. Born and raised in Chicago, seeing the city change, Rob has seen bands come and go. Rob is here to bring the party back Monday through Sunday

Born and raised in Chicago. With a propensity for music at a young age. Developed her vocal and instrumental skills overtime. Initially partaking in several music programs aimed at lower income communities. Eventually cultivating her own unique sound throughout years of experience.

Mark Sobot

Born in Chicago, Mark's love for metal music started at a young age. Guitarists like Randy Rhodes, Angus Young, Jimmy Page, Tony Iommi, Eddie Van Halen and Slash drove him to play guitar. Mark currently owns a recording studio in Chicago Called "Sound Vault Studios." He helps his band Toxcynn produce and develop their sound at SVS. Just like Rob (drums) Mark is here to bring the party back to Chicago with the exception of Sunday off so he can jam on his acoustic guitars.
